The Lesser West Indies comprise approximately fifty islands stretching approximately 600 nautical miles from St. Thomas to Grenada. It’s a beautiful place for sailing, as the islands are close together, allowing day crossings from one island to another. The trade wind season extends from December to June, offering excellent sailing conditions with very pleasant temperatures. The atmosphere is warm, vibrant with colors and music. It is very pleasant in the evening to enjoy a little punch accompanied by cod fish at sunset.
